MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC (herewith named Epic Surf Tours) is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By pressing "I AGREE" on the TERMS and CONDITIONS option when signing up for your trip, tour or session, you are confirming that you have read, understand, voluntarily agree without inducement, and accept each and all terms, conditions and policies set forth by Epic Surf Tours, that you have availed yourself of the opportunity to seek independent legal advice, read, and understand the terms hereof and voluntarily agree to this document.
PASSPORTS
A valid US Passport for US citizens when traveling to all foreign countries (including Mexico) are required. IMPORTANT: For Non US Citizens (foreign nationals) it is critical that you consult the Mexican Consulate offices in order to verify if there are any visa requirements for you to enter Mexico. If so, this must be done well in advance of travel as some visas can take up to several weeks to obtain.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
At Epic Surf Tours we believe that your safety and enjoyment are the most important parts of your trip. Travel insurance is therefore STRONGLY ADVISED whenever you travel.
Before you join your Epic Surf Tours trip, tour or session, you're STRONGLY ADVISED to be covered by insurance that includes adequate coverage for baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become too ill to continue to travel. In addition to this, we strongly recommend that you include coverage for tour cancellation in the event that you must cancel your reservation prior to departure because of serious illness or injury to yourself, a member of your immediate family or travelling companions.
If you join an Epic Surf Tours trip,tour or session without adequate insurance you MAY NOT be allowed to continue with no right to a refund. It is a mistake to think that it will never happen to you.
1. VALIDITY
Please check our website (www.EpicSurfTours.com) for the trip, tour or session package dates and pricing and make sure it is current. We often change trip, tour, session options when we update the website thus we cannot guarantee the option is available if the website information is not current.
2. HOW TO BOOK
We recommend booking well in advance by sending a non-refundable deposit (check website for specific tour deposit/payment details). Your registration for an Epic Surf Tours trip, tour or session is confirmed ONLY when Epic Surf Tours headquarters in San Diego, California has received and accepted your deposit/payment and your completed online or legible hard copy application. You should be advised that the deposit reflects the administrative cost of securing confirmed hotel space and transportation and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits and other payments may be made by bank issued issued money order, PayPal or PayPal accepted credit cards. The use of online payments will include a 4% processing fee. Please note: Epic Surf Tours, PayPal or anyone for that matter will not ask for your password for any log in… ever! A booking confirmation email will be sent and will include the exact deposit amount paid and the due date of secondary payment and/or final payment (check website for specific trip, tour, session deposit details). This email will be sent upon receipt of the above items. Receipt of non-refundable deposit will be taken as an understanding by Epic Surf Tours that the participant has checked their confirmed travel arrangements and has read and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the price, which will be subject to advice on confirmation of the reservation. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend booking as soon as possible as some Epic Surf Tours trips, tours, sessions may sell out.
3. PRICE GUARANTEE
Prices on www.EpicSurfTours.com are based on costs and exchange rates as at the time of posting. Should these costs change it may be necessary to make a surcharge on the price of your trip, tour or session package. However, no surcharge in respect to cost or currency fluctuations will be made to the arrangements of your tour package once full payment has been received by Epic Surf Tours. This does not apply to any tax charges or levies imposed by any government or their agencies. If applicable, the air content of tours is based on airfares applicable as at the date of purchase. As airline prices are constantly changing it may be necessary to impose an air surcharge any time up to departure.
4. AMENDMENTS
Should you alter your arrangement after your original booking, a fee will be levied to cover extra administrative and communication costs in addition to any applicable supplier charges. In addition to the above Epic Surf Tours fee, amendment and/or cancellation charges may be imposed by the supplier depending on the nature of the change.
5. LATE BOOKINGS
A fee of $50 per booking will be levied for bookings made within 31 days of departure date. Any booking request made within one month or within a supplier cancellation period cannot be processed until full payment has been received by Epic Surf Tours.
6. CREDIT CARDS
Epic Surf Tours will accept credit card payments via PayPal only. An additional service fee will be applied to the dollar amount paid by credit card. This fee is determined by the cost of PayPal's transaction fees plus Epic Surf Tours fees. These fees are and will be non-refundable. The fee has been established at 4% as of January 1, 2020. This rate is subject to change at any date.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - LAND ARRANGEMENTS
Due to the fact Epic Surf Tours must make commitments with its suppliers long before a trip, tour or session begins, deposits and final payments are subject to all cancellations fees. We strongly recommend you purchase supplemental trip cancellation insurance. Epic Surf Tours suggests such insurance through our partner Geo Blue Travel Insurance (https://www.geobluetravelinsurance.com/index.cfm?link_id=28167) solely as a convenience to you and is not responsible for any claim, liability, loss or damage resulting from the purchase or failure to purchase such insurance. Cancellation fee schedule:
Deposit is non-refundable
31-59 Days prior to departure date: 50% Trip Cost Withheld
30 Days and under prior to departure date: 100% Trip Cost Withheld
In addition to the aforementioned fees, all fees assessed by PayPal during the booking process are non-refundable.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - AIR ARRANGEMENTS (Applicable if arranged by Epic Surf Tours)
Cancellation fees will apply as required by airlines regulations and will vary dependent upon the type of airfare utilized. Airfare prices and conditions are subject to change or withdrawal without notification until ticketed. Full payment is required to airline or agency before tickets can be issued. Epic Surf Tours cannot be held liable for any increases in prices or changes in the rules and conditions. Foreign currency airfares and airport taxes may fluctuate and are subject to the rate of exchange on date of ticket issue. Increases in airport taxes are not the responsibility of Epic Surf Tours and can be imposed up to departure. Once tickets have been issued, some airlines will not refund the cash value of ticket. A voucher for the amount of the ticket will be in the traveler's name will be issued instead. All fees assessed by PayPal during the booking process are non-refundable.
9. CONSUMER CLAIMS
Should you encounter any problems on your holiday, it is always better to try and solve it directly with the supplier. If it is not possible to do so and you wish to lodge a complaint please do so in writing within 30 days of completing your Epic Surf Tours arrangements. California Seller of Travel Law: MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC is a participant in California’s Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, (“The Fund”) dba Epic Surf Tours CST #2142350-40. California Law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This business has a trust account with Chase Bank. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. A claim can be filed with the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (Office of the Attorney General) within 60 days of the date that persons suffer or become aware of loss. Participants located outside of California are not covered by this fund. You are not eligible to file a claim against The Fund in the event of Epic Surf Tours’s default.

11. CHANGES IN PRICES AND ITINERARIES
Considerable care has been taken to compile the information on this website but circumstances may necessitate changes in itineraries and costs in which case you will be informed as soon as possible. Epic Surf Tours cannot be held responsible for any changes which may occur and reserves the right to increase the price of any travel arrangement up to the date of departure. This includes adjustment for devaluation fuel surcharges airfare increases as well as international exchange rate fluctuations.
12. TOUR PACKAGE VARIATIONS
Sometimes forces beyond Epic Surf Tours’s reasonable control (i.e. storms, road closures, etc.) cause the trip to be modified. In such case, Epic Surf Tours reserves the right to implement such modification(s) without prior notice when necessary. Please note that no price reduction or partial refund will be offered if such changes are deemed necessary by Epic Surf Tours. Epic Surf Tours will notify you of any increase in the trip price occurring due to circumstances beyond Epic Surf Tours’s reasonable control. You agree to pay any extra costs associated with such modifications or must reimburse Epic Surf Tours for any such increased expenditures made on your behalf (i.e.: fuel surcharge, etc).
13. HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS, MAPS AND PHOTOGRAPHS
Hotel descriptions featured on this website are based on current hotel guides and contractual agreements provided by suppliers. Any facilities described are subject to change at any time. Maps, videos and photographs are included for general information and may not necessarily reflect actual routing, location or services. Hotel room photographs may not be specific to the actual room occupied.
14. INSURANCE
It is STRONGLY ADVISED that all participants are adequately insured for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal item cancellation and curtailment. Geo Blue Travel Insurance (https://www.geobluetravelinsurance.com/index.cfm?link_id=28167) is a great place to start and offers comprehensive travel insurance via its extensive partnership program. Most travel insurance companies include coverage for the following: trip cancellation & interruption, baggage delay, baggage coverage, travel delay, emergency medical and dental, emergency medical transport & evacuation, and travel accident insurance. This insurance is MANDATORY for Epic Surf Tours trips or tours that are longer than four days. Policies typically range in cost from $40 to several hundred dollars per person depending on the amount and duration of coverage. This insurance should be purchased the day of booking or soon after. This will protect you from unforeseen cancellations.
15. AIRLINES
The airlines do not, by virtue of their endorsement of this website, represent themselves either as contracting with any purchaser of an air inclusive tour package from Epic Surf Tours or as having any legal relationship with such a purchaser. Generally lowest cost tourist class air fares are used and they are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable.
To provide you with the lowest possible airfares, Epic Surf Tours takes advantage of special promotional fares. These fares can be quite restrictive and carry cancellation charges imposed by the airlines ranging from 25% to 100%. Therefore, any penalties resulting from flight changes at your request after flights are ticketed will be the responsibility of the guest requesting the change. If you cancel your trip after receiving your tickets, you must return your tickets to Epic Surf Tours before your refund (if applicable) is processed.
When you make your own flight arrangements, Epic Surf Tours will not be responsible for any loss resulting from cancellations or changes in international gateways or travel dates. We recommend that you do not purchase tickets with high penalty charges for changes. If you make your own domestic flight arrangements and you miss your international flight for any reason, Epic Surf Tours may assist with alternate flight arrangements; however, you are responsible for the cost of an alternate flight to your destination, as well as any other expenses incurred prior to joining up with your tour group.
SUP BOARD/PADDLES/SURFBOARDS/BODYBOARDS: IMPORTANT- Many airlines charge excess baggage fees for sup boards, surfboards and/or bodyboards. Some airlines such as United, Continental and Delta most notably have EXCESS BAGGAGE EMBARGOES to many cities meaning they do not allow surfboards at all on the plane during select times of the year to select cities. Please be aware you should that booking AIRLINE TICKETS ON THE INTERNET OR THROUGH OUTSIDE AGENCIES MAY NOT TAKE AIRLINE BAGGAGE POLICIES PERTAINING TO SURFBOARDS AND BODYBOARDS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BOOKING YOUR TICKETS.
16. PASSPORT VISA AND VACCINATIONS
It is mandatory that you familiarize yourself with any visa and health requirements that may be applicable when traveling outside your home country of which you are a citizen of. You are responsible for all entry exit health and any other documents required by laws regulations orders demands or requirements of countries visited or transited. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not the responsibility of Epic Surf Tours or that of your travel agent; both parties can not be held liable for any loss or expense due to the failure to comply with the above. 17. CONSULAR ADVICE
American Citizen’s: Official travel advice issued by the US Department of State is available by calling 1-888-407-4747 (from overseas: +1-202-501-4444) or visiting their website http://travel.state.gov. We recommend that you review this information both prior to making your booking and prior to departure.
18. UNLICENSED ENTITY DISCLAIMER
If you request Epic Surf Tours to arrange for the provision of products or services by a person or company which is not licensed in accordance with any applicable law, Epic Surf Tours accepts no liability (whether in contract for negligence or otherwise) for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result.
19. CLIENT TRUST ACCOUNT AND TCRC
California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. This business has a trust account with Chase Bank. This business is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) and is covered under the TCRC Fund. All travelers located within California and purchasing a tour/trip from Epic Surf Tours has a right to make a claim on the fund. If traveler is located outside of California and purchasing a tour/trip from Epic Surf Tours, the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund does NOT cover this traveler.
20. CLIENT HEALTH AND FITNESS
You must advise us in writing, at or prior to booking, of any physical, emotional or mental condition, which may require professional attention during the trip or may require the use of special equipment. If you fail to disclose any such conditions, Epic Surf Tours may refuse to allow you to take the trip and you will forfeit the trip cost; and in such event we shall have no liability, financial responsibility or otherwise.
If you are so challenged, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your condition. If any such condition arises after the trip is booked, you must advise us in writing immediately. Failure to advise us shall release Epic Surf Tours and all professional personnel from any liability related to such condition or its treatment.
We cannot accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. We also may or may not accommodate passengers requiring wheelchair assistance, as most features of Epic Surf Tours trips are not wheelchair-accessible. Please contact Epic Surf Tours for details.
Be advised immunizations are recommended and sometimes required on most Epic Surf Tours trips. Your health and safety during your trip are our first concern, but Epic Surf Tours is not a medical facility. You should be in good health to participate in our adventures.
Epic Surf Tours reserves the right to decline any trip participant whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety or enjoyment of other participants.
Epic Surf Tours is not responsible for the costs of any medical treatment you may require during the trip. Under no circumstances is Epic Surf Tours responsible for the quality of medical care, or lack thereof, you may receive while on the trip.
21. TRAVELLING SINGLE OR COUPLES
Traveling single. If you require a single room you will be charged a single/couple's supplement fee regardless of when you book. However due to some of the remote areas visited, single rooms are limited and therefore subject to availability. Please see individual tour/trip rates on website for costs. Single/Couple's supplement fees vary from tour to tour. Please contact Epic Surf Tours for details on your tour.
22. ROOMMATE MATCHING
If you are on a tour/trip where sharing is possible and you would like to share a room with another participant of the same gender, we will do our best to match you with a roommate.
23. TIPPING
On tours or trips where guided tours, transfer services and meals are included, it is recommended that the following schedule be applied: Driver: $4.00 per person per day, for a full day. Guide: $6.00 per person per full day. For three hour city tours $5.00 to guide is recommended. Waiters/waitresses 10%-20%. Maids, generally $1.00 per person per day.
24. RESPONSIBILITY
Epic Surf Tours accepts bookings subject to the following conditions.
i. Epic Surf Tours acts as a coordinator for all persons taking the trip, tour, session in the making of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. Epic Surf Tours does not own, manage, control or operate any hotel, transport services or restaurants or any other supplier of services. All coupons receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and all services are subject to the laws of the country where the services are provided.
ii. A booking is accepted only after Epic Surf Tours receives the deposit and issues the client a confirmation email. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before departure otherwise Epic Surf Tours will treat the booking as cancelled regardless of whether a deposit is being held.
iii. Epic Surf Tours only acts as an agent for the owners, contractors and suppliers of transportation and/or other related travel services provided and assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to baggage property or for injury, illness or death or for any damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss or damage to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, wars and uprisings or acts of God, etc. over which we have no control. Clients are strongly advised to insure adequately for the full duration of their travel arrangements in respect of illness, injury, death, baggage and personal effects.
iv. While Epic Surf Tours will use its best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice where deemed necessary or advisable by Epic Surf Tours. No refund will be made for any unused services that are included in the tour price.
v. Epic Surf Tours cannot be held responsible for any personal belongings lost, stolen or damaged.
vi. Some of the activities listed on this website have an element of danger in them. Epic Surf Tours holds no liability for any accident, injury or death caused as a result of participation in such activities.
vii. The undersigned hereby WAIVES ALL CLAIMS, and RELEASES AND AGREES TO HOLD Epic Surf Tours HARMLESS for, or from, all damages, whether to the person or property of the undersigned, and AGREES to INDEMNIFY Epic Surf Tours for any claims or obligations arising from the negligence of the undersigned while participating in any services provided by Epic Surf Tours, and AGREES to HOLD HARMLESS and RELEASE Epic Surf Tours FROM ALL LIABILITY resulting from all unsatisfactory surfing conditions, inclement weather, adverse climate conditions, and/or other natural conditions beyond the control of Epic Surf Tours which may adversely impact the services provided by Epic Surf Tours or the expectations of the undersigned.
25. DISCLAIMER
Epic Surf Tours, LLC assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; [and] (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Epic Surf Tours, LLC's control. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Epic Surf Tours, LLC shall be responsible for its own negligence or breach of contract.

Paying Online
1. After reading about your trip, tour or session and you're ready to lock in your spot, you will want to make your payment through our registration module. You will fill out the information and then you will be redirected to the SSL safe and secure page of PayPal.com. YOU DO NOT NEED PAYPAL to pay with your credit card. Using PayPal or your credit card to make this payment or any other payment to Epic Surf Tours but this will incur a processing fee of 4%.
2. After you make your payment on PayPal's safe and secure website, you're done for now. You will receive an email with a confirmation. You will receive a statement/invoice and statement from mannyvproductions@gmail.com upon request. Please allow emails from this address as well.

Paying By Money Order or Bank-Issued Check
Paying with money order is simple but will require a little more leg work. Deadlines must be kept. Confirmation is not given until your payment is received at Epic Surf Tours HQ. Please be advised that a trip, tour or session may reach its limit of participants while your payment is in transition. If this happens, the online payment will have priority and your payment will be returned. Read on.

How Do I Pay?
The booking process is simple. You can pay online with a credit card via PayPal or with a bank issued Money Order which you will send to Epic Surf Tour's HQ. In some circumstances, you may pay a balance in person in cash or with Venmo as well. This must be approved by Manny Vargas beforehand.
Is There An Age Limit?
Yes and No. Special procedures will be taken if traveler is/are under the age of 18. Please contact Manny V for more info.
Do I Need Shots or Vaccinations?
Epic Surf Tours highly recommends that you consult your doctor or visit a local clinic at least one month before any trip to a foreign country. Epic Surf Tours cannot make you go to see a doctor but seriously, you do not want to have a major buzz kill on one of our trips. Being sick overseas is probably one of the worst things that could happen to you. Please take every precaution to avoid getting infected while abroad!

Do I Need A Passport?
Yes. US Citizens traveling into foreign countries need a valid passport with more than six months of validity. I'm sorry but there are no excuses or loopholes for not having a passport before boarding an Epic Surf Tour trip outside of the U.S. Here's the link to get your passport going right now...

PHOTOS
Your surf guide slash professional photographer will be shooting photos and videos the entire trip. All these images will be yours to keep at no extra cost. These images are resized to the long side being 1920 pixels. That is high resolution that can be easily downloaded, shared on your social media platforms, and sent via email. Photos ARE NOT watermarked.
I use the amazing photo lab Bay Photo to print everything from small wallet-sized prints to awesome prints on metal to Christmas ornaments. If that isn't enough, you can have your favorite images printed on cool merchandise like playing cards, mugs, and more! Within 24 hours following your trip, tour, or session, all HD video clips will be available in your group's private gallery. There, you'll be able to download your HD video clips of your trip, tour or session. Video clips can be downloaded from the website to your computer, no problem.
PLEASE NOTE: Your tour guide slash photographer slash videographer cannot capture every single one of your waves.
What Are The Waves Going To Be Like?
Your highness, Mother Nature, is in control on how big and what direction the swell comes in. Surfline and other online swell forecasters do a decent job on predicting swell.
With the over 35 years of ocean experience at the helm, I will do my absolute best to ensure that we find the perfect empty break that will accommodate you and your group.
With that being said, I will not take a beginner group to a heavy reef break. I will not take a group to crowded spots either. I will not take the group to a spot that is going off and with one person out. That is not fair to the solo wave rider that is enjoying his/her time with the ocean.
The goal here is to find our own waves that are perfect for our group.
I Don't Eat Meat. Are There Other Options In Mexico?
Your tour guide will do everything possible to please your belly in Mexico.
Many vegetarians that have come on Baja Weekender trips found that taco stands and restaurants are very accommodating. Grilled veggies, avocado tacos, cheese quesadillas and more are available.
We will have options ranging from carne asada (beef), adobada (marinated pork), fish, shrimp, lobster (dinner), rice, beans. Vegans and vegetarians, I suggest to bring a supply of food just in case the available options are not to your liking.
I'm A Beginner. Can I Go On Your Trip?
Yes. Please note, this is more of a surf trip than a lesson. Attention will be on photographing everyone instead of giving surf lessons. I will be able to give tips before you head out and after you come in.
If you need to rent a foam board for the trip, please contact me before hand.
Can I Travel Into Baja With My Medication?
You are okay to bring your prescribed medications to keep you alive and healthy. I highly suggests you bring along your doctor prescribed paperwork as well.
Medical marijuana is a definite NO WAY. With a zero tolerance for marijuana and other hard drugs, it's best to leave that at home.

Can I Leave My Car At The Meeting Point?
Our meeting point for Baja Weekender and Baja Single Day Surf Strikes will be in Imperial Beach. It is up to you to leave your car at this location. MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC is not responsible for any theft or damage that may occur to your vehicle while it is parked on the street at our meeting point.
How Much Money Should I Bring?
On most Epic Surf Tour trips, most everything is included. But if you want to eat more than what is included or if you want to buy souvenirs or pay for other things not listed on the specific tour/trip webpage, then you'll want to bring money accordingly.
Phone And/Or WiFi Service?
Please contact your cell provider to see what they offer for international roaming. I will warn the group as we're about to cross into Mexico or fly into Indonesia.
If you decide to go with international roaming without researching, you can get stuck with a phone bill that may range into the hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars.
I have a T-Mobile cell phone plan that includes FREE international roaming for data and texting and $.20/minute calls. Something to look into if you travel often.
Baja Weekender Trips: WiFi Hotspot is available while in the the moving Baja Mobile. WiFi is available in our accommodations but is very spotty on the first floor of the home.
Baja Deep South: Very limited phone service and very limited 3G internet in the home. Nearly off the grid on this trip.
Cabo Exploration: WiFi is available in the hotel.
San Diego Surf Tour: WiFi everywhere.
Is There An Emergency Kit On Hand During My Trip?
A standard first aid kit is on hand during the entire time on every Epic Surf Tour trip, tour or session.
I Have Paid But It's Raining :(
No one wants to get a sun tan in the rain. Since the invention of rain coats, we can still enjoy Baja in the rain. Cancellation of the trip will be determined by Manny Vargas as late as one hour before the meeting time. If the tour is on, you will then have a choice to join or transfer your payment to a different available weekend. The decision will be made with absolute consideration for safety and well being.
What If The Border Completely Shuts Down?
If both countries shut down the border for 'travel' into Mexico, MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC will allow trip funds to be transferred to a later date no later than three months from the travel start date. If shut down exceeds the three months, an extension of 30 days will be allotted. If both countries shut down the border for 'travel' into Mexico, a full refund will be the responsibility of the participant's traveler's insurance. MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC is not responsible for any lost wages, lost personal time, gas, food, or any other costs in regards to preparation leading up to your trip.
What Happens If The International Border Shuts Down To 'Travel' On Our Return To The United States From Mexico?
If both countries shut down the border for 'travel' into the U.S., a full refund will be the responsibility of the participant's traveler's insurance. MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC is not responsible for any lost wages, lost personal time, gas, food, or any other costs in regards to preparation leading up to your trip. MV Epic Surf Tours, LLC will provide accommodations and food for the duration of the border shut down due to 'travel'. Which accommodations and which food locations will be at the sole discretion of your tour guide. Any variance to the tour guide's decisions for accommodations and food locations will be paid for in its entirety by the participant.
What Precautions Are Taken On Baja Weekender and Baja Single Day Surf Strike Tours During Covid-19 Times?
With the new California Covid-19 restrictions, I'm sure you may be wondering what about our Baja Weekender trips. Below are the things that we'll be doing to ensure that we're doing everything possible to stay safe on our Baja Weekender. Please share this with your friends and family if they are feeling concerned about your trip.
Transportation

- Our group will be in the Baja Mobile when going to and from our accommodations from the start.
- Everyone in the vehicle will be wearing masks at all times.
- Each guest will have their own hand sanitizer placed in the door handle.
- I will have extra new face masks in case someone misplaces theirs.
- During our downtime at the home, I will wipe down the inside of the Baja Mobile and all door handles with sanitation wipes.
Accommodations
- Our base camp house is a spacious two-story five bedrooms/five-bathroom home.
- Each guest will have their own room with their own bathroom.
- Below is straight from the owner of the home in which we'll be staying.
Restaurant
- Face masks must be worn to enter and when not eating.
- Most restaurants will have outdoor seating.
- Most restaurants will have temperature checks plus hand sanitizer before entering.
- Where there is no outdoor seating, facemasks will be worn until the food arrives.
- Where restaurants do not have pre-checks and/or hand sanitizer, I will have hand sanitizer on hand to give to the group.
My ultimate goal with all my trips is to ensure a safe fun weekend. Yes, these are extreme times but with proper precautions taken from both parties, we can have the weekend we need for a recharge on life.
