Epic Surf Camp 10-Point Checklist

This is a guide to help you make your trip run nice and smooth. Please, by all means, adjust this checklist to

1. Valid Passport: Make two copies of your passport. One copy of your passport will be with you at all times. The other copy will be
handed to Manny V. Keep copies in zip lock bags. The original will safely stay at our home base camp.

2. Signed Waivers: Please have the Adobe Acrobat online form filled out prior to departure.

3. Medicines
3.1. Pack your own medications to last you at least four days after the trip end date.
3.2. Please mentioned any prescriptions and allergies you may have on the Adobe Acrobat online form.

4. Money: This is an all-inclusive trip. If you want more food/drink (outside provided), alcohol or souvenirs, please bring extra cash.
You can bring US Dollars. We will stop a money exchange on our way to your Baja home. Tip for your coach and assistant are not
included. 20% for both is a great place to start.

5. Pack Light
5.1. Backpack for personal items.
5.2 Water bottle. We have a 5-gallon jug with filtered drinking water to refill your bottle.
5.3 Sunglasses, hat, etc.
5.4 Earplugs for sleeping (if needed), toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, feminine products, brush/comb, etc.
5.5 It could be chilly in the mornings and night. Beanie, warm jacket, socks, light gloves suggested

6. Surf Gear (optional)
6.1. Board bag to protect your board while transporting (optional)
6.2 One waterproof bag for wetsuits. This could be a cinch bag, trash bag or similar.
6.3 Back up: Leash, fins, wetsuit, trunks.
6.4. Booties! Warmth and we may surf some rocky breaks with sea urchins present
6.5 Two full suits is recommended (one drying while you use the other one)
6.6. Surf earplugs. Keep the cold air out of your ears!
6.7 Fin key, wax comb, wax, fin screws

7. Board Choice (optional)
If you are using an Epic Boat Trip board, you're good to go. If you'd like to bring your own board, a midlength or longboard will
be perfect for your week at our surf break.

8. Wetsuits (optional $15/day)
8.1 3/2 fullsuit will be perfect for the midday session
8.2 4/3 fullsuit perfect for early morning or late afternoon sessions

9. WiFI: We will have wifi at the Baja house. Please check with your cell phone service provider and inquire about possible
international charges.

10. Super Market Run: Forgot something? We will be stopping at Calimax to pick up some things after we settle in at Baja House.
